Designed to complement the career-preparedness and skill-building programs already offered by colleges and universities, Irregular Hours focuses on helping students loosen up and unlock their potential in ways that are creative and collaborative.

Both digital and physical, the Irregular Field Guides mix data-driven ABCs and editorial from experts and Gen Zs to provide an original and unvarnished peek into different industries. The goal? 2. Discuss
We offer a wide range of workshops and our education team can shape existing sessions to fit your needs. Our high-impact learning program fosters a casual and creative environment to open them up, facilitate self-discovery, introduce possibility and provide practical tools for action, helping students arrive at career North Stars they can use for short-term and long-term decision-making.

3. Do
Your students will get early access to our Irregular Talent platform, where they can create a mini-resume. Our employer network repeatedly tell us that the ChatGPT'd cover letter and over-designed resume formatting is making their talent screening process more difficult than ever and we've co-designed a resource to solve that. Created with the emerging professional in mind, our tools will enable your students to look their best no matter their professional experience or confidence levels.

Groups are great, but sometimes one-on-one is what you need. Members can sign up for expert-guided private sessions that offer advice and simple frameworks to help you improve skills, work on challenges, and move from where you are to where you want to be.

3. Deepen
We love to build unique offerings with our campus partners. From next-level headshot stations with professional makeup artists, photographers and stylists on hand to our Shadows program where one student will be flown to a major city to spend one day shadowing an executive at a company such as Kate Spade, NBA, Google, and Morgan Stanley, the limit does not exist.
